Joseph Nizich Obituary

NIZICH, Joseph A. Joseph A. Nizich of National Park, 93, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2010. Legacy Joe was a man who proudly served his country in WWII. An active man, he took great care of his lawn and was an avid gardener. Joe enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas for the sights, and a little gambling. Always looking to keep his mind sharp, he solved Rubik's Cube at the age of 90, and regularly enjoyed doing the crossword puzzles in the Phila. Inquirer and the NY Times. A wonderful husband, loving father, and devoted family man. We will miss you! Family Beloved husband of the late Carmella (nee Rabar); loving father of Joseph; dear brother of Rose. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many cousins. Farewell Service A viewing will be held on Wednesday in the McGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME, 34 Hunter St., Woodbury at 9AM - 10:30AM. Funeral Mass will take place at Holy Angels Parish at St. Matthews RC Church, 307 Wesley Ave., National Park at 11AM. Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chews Landing.
