It is with profound sadness that we share the sudden passing of Inga Lipp on the evening of Sunday, August 28, 2011. Inga was surrounded by those who loved her deeply when Gods arms peacefully embraced her. Ingas presence in our lives is an eternal gift.
Inga devoted herself to her family, and leaves behind many loved ones to honour and cherish her memory; her three daughters: Iris Farrow, Vivian (Don) Carmichael, Monika (Dennis) Wilson; her 10 grandchildren: Alanna, Amanda, Anthony, Christina, Lareena, Daniel, Andrew, Heidi, Maya, Tristan; great-grandson Benjamin, and sister Frieda (Manfred) Meier. She also leaves numerous relatives and wonderful friends.
Ingas creativity and artistic talent will see her remembered as one of Edmontons finest Hairstylists and Beauticians - a career that spanned nearly 60 years. She was also a passionate artist, gardener, baker, listener, hostess, mother, Oma, Tante, and friend. For most Ingas kitchen provided a place of warmth, kindness, laughter, and sharing - always over a good cup of coffee. We love you and will miss you always!
A celebration of Ingas life will be held on Saturday, September 3rd, 2011 at 1:00 p.m., at St. Johns Lutheran Church, 10759 - 96 Street, Edmonton, AB.
