Samuel Coats Obituary
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Coats of Dawsonville; children, Keith and Denise Coats of Dallas, Tracy Rich of Canton, Kerry and Tammy Coats of Cartersville, Craig and Amy Taylor of Statesboro, N.C., Amy and Brian Giles of Dawsonville, Melissa and Thomas Estes of Savannah; 11 grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Howard and Janice Coats of Griffin; sister and brother-in-law, Yvonne and Arbin Martin of Dawsonville; several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
Graveside services were held Saturday, Feb. 25, at 11 a.m. at Roswell Cemetery with Rev. L.C. Bennett and Rev. Jason Anglin officiating. The family received friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Friday from 4-7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 6500 Sugarloaf Parkway, Suite 260, Duluth, GA 30097 or the American Heart Association, 1101 Northchase Parkway, Marietta, GA 30067.
Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
