Michael Hudson Obituary

Michael Joseph Hudson 41, Zionsville, Indiana, lived a joyful life which ended on August 8, 2007. Born in Valparaiso, Indiana, he lived in Kouts, Indiana until moving to Zionsville in 1977. Michael graduated from Zionsville High School, active in sports, theatre and music. He received a Masters in Clinical Rehabilitation Psychology at IUPUI and worked for IUPUI in Adaptive Educational Services. His favorite times were coaching his daughters' soccer teams, golfing and playing cards. Michael leaves behind his wife and high school sweetheart, Deborah Margot Hudson; his two young daughters, Kelsie Margot and Tessa Boo Hudson; his father, Pete Hudson; two brothers, John and Tom Hudson; three sisters, Julie Hudson and Anne Hudson, Barbara Slegers-Hudson; and many nephews and nieces whom he adored. Michael's mother, Henrietta Boo Hudson, died in 2001. Visitation will be Saturday, August 11 from 5-9 p.m., with a celebration service on Sunday, August 12 4 p.m., both at Zionsville Presbyterian Church. Arrangements are being made by Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center, Zionsville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Community Foundation of Boone County for the Indiana University Simon Cancer Center Complete Life program andor neuro-oncology research.
