Gordon, Robert C. Of Town of Raymond passed away peacefully, Saturday, April 30, 2016 at the age of 84 years, at home surrounded by the love of his life and wife of 55 years Alda (nee Manke) and 4 generations of his family. Robert was born in Niagara, WI the 5th of 9 children, the son of Neil and Rosella (nee Pilon) Gordon. Bob was proud to have served in the United States Navy and Coast Guard for over 33 years. Bob retired from the Wisconsin Electric Power Company after 34 years. He had many hobbies including: bowling, horseshoes, darts, sheepshead and his favorite being golf. Bob was quick with a smile and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Bob is survived by his wife Alda, his 4 children, Bill, Sue, Steve (Shari) Gordon and Karen (Les) Gumieny. Loving "Boppy" of the late Jennifer and the late Ryan, Danielle (David), Steve, Tim, Brad, Craig, Amanda, the late Robbie, Jake and Caleb, and great-grandfather of 9. Further survived by 2 sisters, 1 brother, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will take place on Sat., May 7, 2016 at NORTH CAPE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2644 124th St. (Hwy 45 & W. Five Mile Rd.), from 10AM until the time of service at noon; with the Rev. Bradley Brown officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
