Dover – Patricia P. O’Neill, 88, formerly of Horne St. died Wednesday August 25, 2010 at Watson Fields.

Born in Dover September 19, 1921 the daughter of George and Helen (Stamatopoulos) Lazarus. She attended Dover Schools and has resided in Dover all of her life.

Pat was a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.

The widow of J. Philip O’Neill who died in 1989 she is survived by her daughter Elaine Collins and husband Jim of South Berwick, her step grandchildren Matthew Collins and wife Melissa and their children Peyton and Christopher; Rebecca Baptiste and husband William and their children Anna and Lauren; a brother Tony Lazarus of Dover and a sister-in-law Catherine Lazarus of Rochester; a very special friend Bob McDowell and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her step-son Sgt. Thomas O’Neill, her sisters Constance Lampros and Polly Lazarus, and her brothers Stephen and James Lazarus.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at Watson Fields and Wentworth Homecare and Hospice.

Friends may call Friday from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Tasker Funeral Home, 621 Central Ave. The Trisagion service will be conducted by Rev. Costin at 4:00 p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, Locust St. Burial will follow in St. Mary New Cemetery.
