To others her world was one of challenge and strife
But to her it was such the perfect life;
her daughters, and son, her motivation each day;
the mentoring the teaching; always showing them the way.
I was there then for a short time, she lit up my life , and inspired this silly rhyme.
But she would love it, she really would,
and she would give us that laugh like only she could.

Rosie, You made me a man, inspired me to do my best,taught me to love, to give and to respect... no one person ever affected me as much as you. I will always be proud of what we had.... I wish I would have had the courage I still think of the letter you sent me... I damm near remember every word..... Say hi to Brandi for me.. I Love you always

I dated Rosie many years ago.. She was still going to respirator therapy school then, raising the 4 kids, and working as a waitress to make ends meet. She was easily one of the most courageous people I ever met, and one of the hardest workers. We wnt out for nearly 2 years, and it was probably the best two years of my life. I tly loved Rsie, and it was only the agedifferene that stopped me from marrying her. She wasa great lady.... I still to this day think of her often. Rest peacefully Rosie... I loved you then, and still love you now...

To the family,
It was a pleasure and honor to care for Rosie. I always called her my beautiful rose garden and she was always happy to see me. She always talked of her loving family and would tell me stories with a smile on her face. Thank you for given me the opportunity to care for her.
With peace and prayers,
Barbie (her favorite hospice aide)

Mom,I just want to tell you how proud I am to call you my Mom.You gave me a lot of responsibility when I was young but It made me the woman I am today and in a way I got to help you become the beautiful woman you are.Sometimes I didn't always agree on your decisions and I would want to shake you and say what are you thinking.But I am thankful for every moment we spent together especially our Sundays going to church and than out to eat.It was mine and your alone time together and I will miss those talks we would have.My heart is breaking but I stand in faith knowing that my loving and kind-hearted brother Chuckie will be taking care of you.Thanks for being the best Granny to my kids.Love you Mom and Chuckie until we meet again. Love your daughter Michelle P.S. Renee and Chrissie are pretty close to being an angel like me

I worked with Rosie for 25 years at the respiratory department in Henry Ford hospital, she was a great worker that cared about her work and her patients, she was always happy and smiling even in her hardships that she had. She always put her family first and always cared about them. I will miss you Rosie, especially on those long midnight shifts. God rest, and have peace. Your friend and co-worker,
Bill Vouharas ( Respiratory Therapist )

My one and only Granny Rose. I'm going to miss you so much. I was your first grand baby and you spoiled me. I will never forget the memories that we have shared. I was your Florida buddy. I have lost count of how many times we traveled there together. This is definitely the reason why I love palm trees. My heart breaks that my baby won't get to know his granny. I'm so glad that you were able to meet him. Don't worry I will be sure to tell him all about you. I love you so much and I wish I would have spent more time with you these last few years. Promise to always watch over all of us. You will always be in my heart. I love you.
