To the Dutton family
I don’t know you personally however my heart goes out to you. Experiencing the loss of a loved one could just be the most devastating event you will face. Just remember, recovering from grief is possible, however, it may take some time. Notice the admonition given in God's Word:
Romans 12:12 Rejoice in the hope. Endure under tribulation. Persevere in prayer.
Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving let YOUR petitions be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God that excels all thought will guard YOUR hearts and YOUR mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.
Never underestimate the power of persistent prayer in helping you to get through this grief. And may you find in response to your persistent prayers, the true “peace of God that excels all thought will guard your heart and your mental powers.” My deepest and most sincere condolences are sent to you all.
