Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Ovsak & Family,
My sincere condolences go out to you & your family.
I only knew Mr. Ovsak over the phone, I work for your answering service, but he was always very polite & kind to us.
We will miss him greatly.
I know & share your sudden loss, I lost my father 13 years ago very suddenly as well. It will not be easy but with your faith in God & the love of your family, I know you will make it through.
I will keep you in my prayers.
