Andrew Sabo

Pastor Sabo was a great next-door neighbor and friend. Our lives were greatly enriched by his and Mrs. Sabo's friendship and support. I told him once that he and I were a unique set of neighbors -- probably the only LCMS Pastor and ELCA Pastor living next door to each other in the whole country without a fence between them! My wife Elsie and I extend our deepest Christian sympathies to the extended Sabo family.

My Grandpa will be missed very much! He lived a great life and was able to see his great grandaughter!

He up with Grandma now but we now there up there looking down at us!!

I remember so well going to Bible School back in the early 1960's. I remember Pastor Sabo at the front of the church leading us in songs..
I remember his joy when he taught us how to use our hands in certain songs. Sunbeam, Down in my Heart..he would always hold one ear and say "where?"
This little light of mine.
I remember him leading us in prayer when Robert Kennedy was shot.
I was not a member of the church but we would always go every summer to Bible School....
