Angela Faye Gallegos, she was my grandmother and a very person in my life. As an extraordinary cake maker, I can remember the numerous special desiged birthday cakes she would make. My favorite cake as a child, was shaped like a doll and I almost hated having to cut into it. Eight years ago, I was again fortunate enough to have her make my wedding cake.
