I came upon this obituary much too late. I hope my entry reaches Mr. McClouds relatives. I was a student during the 1975-1976 school year and had the pleasure of being in Mr. McClouds class. I can honestly say that he was my favorite teacher throughout my school years. He was very tough but very fair and he made learning fun. I tried over the years to find him with no success. My deepest sympathy to Jay and his family on the death of his father, Charles McCloud Sr. My beginning years in Baltimore County Public Schools brought me to Campfield Elem. where for 8 years I assisted Charles with the Liberty Rd. Rec girls' basketball program while I was the media specialist at that school. Thirty-nine years later I am still teaching at BCPS ( Bedford Elem. around the corner from Campfield)
and I give credit to Charles for inspiring me to stay in the education...
