I knew Charles from the house he lived in. Most of the time I saw him he was sitting in the kitchen either cooking or reading a newspaper. Sometimes I would see him at Price Chopper getting groceries. He had a good heart and really cared for his roomate Bill. He especially loved Lacey. I am so sad to hear of his death this way. It is such a tragedy to hear about.
