Not sure what to say?

A most memorable friend of whom I have told "Donut Stories" many times over the years. He was a big help to many of us athletes at Alabama, and a fine student of everything.

I am saddened by the news of Dennis' passing.

In 1965-66, I was the freshman rookie member of Mr. Thornton's Publicity Office. Dennis quickly showed his humor, his wry outlook on the events happening around us and his genuine good nature. In addition, Dennis was also one of the most talented people I've known.

Dennis was a winner in every way.

Dennis was very special to us when we were on Coach Bryant staff Dennis painted happy clowns on our son's Stephen and Stuart rooms He was so talented then as young student He will be missed by many We send our Love and prayers to his wife and family
