I will so miss Don when we are once again able to visit at West Haven. A memory that stands out is Don always teasing that they were having fish heads and rice at dinner time. Imagine how surprised I was when someone I met when mom went to the ER talked about eating that. I remember telling Don the next time I saw him, and he just gave me that smile. To the Peterson family sorry for the death of your father but now he is in heaven with his Dorothy. He was a strong person and I enjoyed knowing him all these years. Donnie and Dorothy made a lovely couple and I was very proud to have been a part of their wedding party. Marilyn

I always loved to talk with Don about fishing trips to Canada, farming and visiting outside on the patio with him and other residents. He had a wonderful smile and truly kept conversations going with his many stories. Thank you Don for your smile and making card club fun. My deepest condolences for this wonderful family; I had the privilege to meet.
