We loved Uncle Ed and will miss him dearly. I have great memories of him and Aunt Helen. Here is one (forgive me if I get the age wrong)… It was the first trip to Phoenix with Granny. As we drove from the airport, he asked Granny, "Did you enjoy your 83rd birthday?". I said, "Uncle Ed, she just turned 85". He said "I know that, but after 84 we start counting backwards!".
