My condolences to the family of Ms. Shiner. A stern but wonderful teacher who was serious about her craft. I am thankful to her and all teachers who have been a part of my life.

My deepest sympathy to the Shiner Family. Ms. Shiner was my history teacher at Washington Jr. High in 1974. She was a nice person and a great teacher but firm. She talked about her dog frequently. She was a great person. I will always remember her.
