Not sure what to say?

Such a shock to learn of Eric's passing. I worked closely with him at The Ketchikan Channel and, after he left, we stayed in touch. When I moved south, I shipped my car to Seattle. When I went to pick it up, after hours, it turned out Eric had been the one to drive it off the barge and park it for me. He left a note in my cup holder, praising "the love of a good editor." Oh, Eric. You are gone far too soon. I hope Diana and Pete are hearing enough good Eric stories to fill the hole in their...

I had the pleasure of working with Eric when he filmed the sporting events at Ketchikan High School. He was a joy to be around. Happy, cheerful and a sense of humor that was outstanding! He did everything with an enthusiasm that was contagious.
Our deepest sympathy to his family and friends. He and his smile will be greatly missed.
The Lervick family

I worked with Eric for a year at AML. I actually work for another barge company but I am the representative on site at AML Y1. Eric was always in a good mood and always told me hello first thing in the morning. Last summer he was always so excited about going to the baseball games in Tacoma on the weekend. I was so saddened to hear of his passing, he was always nice to me even though I didn't technically work for his company.

RIP ERIC YOU WILL TRULY BE MISSED !! MY HEART GOES OUT TO YOUR FAMILY. WE ALL THOUGHT YOU WERE A SUPER COOL SWEET AND FUNNY GUY.... THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS SMILING.
TRISHA BANKS

My sincerest condolences to the Amundson family. I also worked with Eric over the years at AML, primarily in dealing with the auto manufacturers back east. He was always helpful, positive, & conscientious - with a good sense of humor. He was a pleasure to work with.
He will be missed.

My condolences to the Amundson Family. I had the pleasure of working with Eric over many years here at Alaska Marine Lines. He always had a smile on his face and shared many funny stories. I remember the sports discussions we would have, as he was an avid sports fan. He will be missed by all. Godbless
