My parents immigrated the day after the Forbes' family did in 1956 for the same company. Our relationship is one of a large family. Gordon was the salt of the earth and was one of the most gracious and giving individuals that I know. I will miss him, however, what he did in life will live on through many generations. We should be honoured at his presence in our lifetime and pass it to future generations.

I met gordy at the biweekly "romeos" lunch. He was a charming and delightful lunch companion, we will miss him.
