Carolyn & Josh: It was with sorrow that I read of the passing of Rev. James E. Jacobs. Jim was a physics student of mine during my first year of teaching at Bethel Park High School. Later, when Rev. Jacobs was pastor at Summit Church, and I was a teacher at BC3, he and Carolyn visited our home in Center Twp. May the Peace of Christ be with all of you during this difficult time.

Carolyn and Josh, We are saddened to hear of your loss. We have fond memories of our times together, sharing bubble gum from Baskin and Robbins bubble gum ice cream. Together you showed us love and shared your love for other and each other. You taught / lead by example. Mom and Dad love you both so much. She always smiled when she spoke of you and enjoyed her visits. You are special to so many. Know you are loved. Sincerely, Bob and Mary Beth

Carolyn & Josh: We were very sorry to learn of Jim's passing, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. God bless,
Sincerely, Clyde and Rita Bush,( Sarver, Pa. )

So very sorry to learn of the loss of your dear Jim. He ran the race so very well and has triumphantly crossed the finish line!!! Hugs and love and prayers for you.

We were so upset when you left us and moved to the Allentown area of PA to start up a new church. But, we are all Gods missionaries, and Allentown was his calling. Jim has been sick for a long, long time, yet he continued with his service to God and mankind. We think of you often, tho we have not been in touch for quite awhile. Bless you for...
