We met while stationed in Japan, caring for the injured military at the end of the Vietnam war and have remained cherished friends to this day. You were always the brother I never had and i will miss you more than words can say. Memories of all that has transpired in our life will always be with me and I will hold you in my heart till we meet again.

You were a wonderful colleague from Beth Israel Hospital. I will never forget your wit and dry humor. You always kept me smiling. Your endless kindnesses to others showed up in so many unsung ways. Thank you for being a part of the the best professional days of my life. May you dance on the clouds with Roger.
