To the McDowell Family,Im sorry to hear of James passing. He was a classy,calm man and a credit to the Town of Poughkeepsie force. I saw him in the St. Francis E.R. and at the autopsies that he attended. He was a gentleman and I considered him as a friend.Im sorry that I live in Fla.Prayers to you all and may he rest in peace.
