Janet was a dear and much loved cousin of mine. She was beautiful and happy. I will always remember her from my childhood til today. She will be missed.

Dear David, Dick and all those who loved and remember Janet,
When I think of my childhood and our sprawling, warm, crazy big extended family, your home presided over by cousin Janet, with Arnold at her side, that little smile on his face like he never forgot how lucky he was to be married to her is right there at the heart. Learning how to shoot pool in your basement, cousin Billy always spilling the potato chips, the men upstairs smoking and playing pinochle, and most of all the sense of belonging to a family rich with history and diversity and goodness and quickness: that was Janet's gift to me. I didn't understand how profound it was at the time, but I do now.
Please accept our sympathies for Janet's passing. We've dedicated a tree planting in her memory through TreePeople.org.
