I met Jim a couple of years ago while he was playing golf at Aspen Lakes. Everyone kept saying to me that I should hire Jim as a marshal as he would make a great marshal. After playing golf with him a few times I realized how right everyone was about him. Jim was not only a good coworker but became a good friend to me.
