I just learned today of Joann's passing and I am deeply saddened. I have known her for many years through PUFCU, where she helped me beyond words. She was a true professional, intellegent, and such a hard worker. She always had a friendly greeting for me and always remembered who I was when I called. PUFCU will never be the same without her. Our deepest sympathy is extended to the family of Jo Ann. We knew her through the PU Federal Credit Union. She was always very helpful and very pleasant. We were so sad to hear of her death.
