Not sure what to say?

My dear sweet godmother-aunt-friend has left this earth leaving us all to be forever thankful for the blessing that is Joanne Fondren. I don't know what I would do if I could no longer hear her voice and see her bright light. I don't know who I would be if she had not been in my life. As happy as I am that she was, I am comforted that she is. We miss Joanne Fondren...her laugh, her support, her vision, her energy, her joy, her talking, her healing, her commitment and her love. Gone, but, never forgotten. Rest in peace, my sister-in-law.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

My condolences and prayers go to Joanne's family for their loss. She is one of the people in Hyde Park who left an impression on me. She was a wonderful person and a great mother. It will be an emptier place now that I know I will not see her around the neighborhood in the future. Her spirit will always be there though.
