Read MoreI knew John for several years, but I lost touch after moving to San Diego. I just today learned of his passing. As others have said here, he was a superb actor (the best I have ever known) and a fine person. I had hoped to see him when I visit Palm Springs in September.

A wonderful life long friend that I have know for almost 50 years. John worked for me as a barber stylist for 36 years. He was a pleasant man who never had a harsh word for anyone. He will be missed by my wife and I. May he rest in Peace.
