Not sure what to say?

My heart is broken for you all. I know what a treasure you have lost,a precious son, brother, husband and father. I pray the tender mercies of the Father will comfort you in the days ahead. I pray that you will be comforted by the knowledge that John knew he was loved and loved well by his parents, brother, wife and many friends. My prayers will continue in the days ahead as you walk this difficult journey.

Dear Yared family, dear Kelly.
I just found out about John's passing. Please accept my deepest sympathy and love. John has been such a great person and he never gave up. Please let us know if we can do anything for you.

I'm very sorry to hear about John's passing. He was a great friend during law school. I always regretted losing touch with such a great person with a kind soul and wonderful sense of humor. I will always remember him with a smile.

So very sorry to learn of John's passing. He will be missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Yared family. While we will miss him terribly, the countless fond memories John gave us will remain.

John was a great friend and classmate at IU law and is a central part of my fond memories of those 3 years. I'm very sorry to hear of his passing. (Craig Riegler, Lilongwe, Malwai)

John was a great friend and we had some wonderful times in law school. He had a great sense of humor. I will miss him terribly.

John was one of my favorite law school classmates. I remember him being a daily fixture in the newspaper section of the law library, and he never minded being interrupted for a good chat (which was often, since I was a chronic procrastinator). We sometimes called him "Johnny Law." My thoughts and prayers go out to the Yared family during this difficult time.

Kelly and Mr. and Mrs. Yared,
It was with great sadness that I learned of John's passing; please accept my heartfelt condolences. I will always remember our times together in Bloomington and Grand Rapids. Although we've been out of touch the last few years, I've thought about him often. A true gentleman and wonderful friend -- I will miss him very much.
