Not sure what to say?

Awwwww. We all miss Karl SOooo much! I know he would LOVE what the max fund is doing. My Dogs loved him and the special treats he would give them. (his left overs from Del Friscos) His heart was truly made of gold!

Karl -I am sure the dogs and cats in heaven were waiting by the rainbow bridge to welcome you. You have helped saved so many lives here by supporting our shelter. We send you many pooch smooches and purrs and much love for who you are, we will take good care of your kitty.--God bless you and your family.

We will miss Karl very much. He was so full of life and we always enjoyed our conversations with him.

I worked with Karl for a couple of years and my fondest memory is his love of animals. When ever I would bring my golden in the office, he would make sure he had treats for him. My heart goes out to the Fontier Fire family along with his own family. He will be missed deeply.

My deepest sympathy to Karl's family. I knew Karl through my Aunt and Uncle. We spent time with Karl during dinners and attending the events at the Denver Performing Arts Center. He will be remembered in prayer.

Karl was a close friend to my father, Jim Stone. I've heard great stories of Karl's good heart, his generosity, and his love for dogs. He'll live on in the hearts of those who had the good fortune to know and love him.

Great Man. Lived an amazing life. A man of his word. Caring, Hard working, and a generous man. He will never be forgotten. RIP Karl D. Smith.

Karl was a great man and a mentor to me. He loved telling his stories, and he was a good listener and always was willing to help. Karl will be deeply missed. Please accept our deepest sympathies.

He always had a witty comment for me. He had a deep affection for dogs so every time I brought my dogs to the shop he got all excited and had treats for them in his car. He would come out to my job sites and take me to lunch every now and then, in which he always paid. He was a good man and will be missed by many, myself...
