Michael Fife

Michael R. Fife, age 49, a resident of Gunlock, Kentucky; passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky surrounded by family. Michael was born September 27, 1967, at Pikeville Methodist Hospital in Pikeville, Kentucky, he is the son of JT and Billie Jean Porter Fife. Brother, Bobby Fife, proceeds in death as well. Michael enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Those left to mourn includes his fiancée, Yvonetta Gibson Prater of Gunlock, Kentucky, daughter, Melinda Fife of Pikeville, Kentucky, son, Michael E. Fife of Reedsville, Indiana, sisters, Frances Adkins of Shelbiana, Kentucky, Vivian Ball of Pitson Fork, Kentucky, Dolores Ratliff of Elkhorn, Kentucky, brothers, JT Fife Jr. of Pikeville, Kentucky, Paul Fife of Pikeville, Kentucky, Roger Fife of Wabash, Indiana, a host of family and friends who love and miss him. Funeral services for Michael R. Fife will be conducted Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 11:00 AM from the Head of Licking River Living Word Pentecostal Church with Charlene Osborne officiating. Interment will follow in the Gibson Family Cemetery at Gunlock, Kentucky. The family will welcome friends Friday, July 14, after 5:00 PM and anytime prior to funeral services.
