Still remembering Pete as a funny, ebullient, lovable man who is impossible to forget.

My grandpa Pete was one of the biggest hearted individuals I ever had the pleasure of knowing. I did not get to spend a lot of time with him over the last 34 years yet the time I did get was remarkable. His wit and humor will always stand out above all else. Pete was a special friend.. Even though we did not see him often he will always be remembered for his larger than life deep voice and wonderful smile. His jokes always brought a smile to those around him. He will be greatly missed but always remembered.

I feel so fortunate to have had "Grandpa Mog" in my life. He was such a larger than life character from the time I can remember and I will forever be grateful for his humor and wisdom. He touched so many people with his one of a kind personality and it is awesome to know that his memory will live on through so many of us. Petey Weedy was like a big brother to me and I cannot imagine life without him!!!
We loved to give each other a bad time and made each other laugh so much. He and Sandy and Joe and I had so many wonderful times over 30+ years and so many Xmas's with my mom, Sandy's mom that I will treasure forever!! I will think of Pete every day and know Joe will really miss his very best friend!

Pete always made everyone feel as though no one is a stranger. While in his company, there was always laughter in abundance and lively discussions. He will be missed by many and always loved. We were so lucky to have known Pete for the 14 years we have lived in Roseville. Rest in Peace, Mr. Pete.

Reading all these special stories about Pete has made me laugh & cry! He was one great guy who loved life & people! My husband & I met Pete in the 70s when he was dating my dear friend, Sandy.
