I am honoured to have known this gentleman who had a love for his art that made him the great singer and performer that he was. My memories are of a man who relished a new challenge to add to his already vast musical and acting talents. Many are better placed than myself to judge and acclaim the musical achievements of Philip Langridge the Opera singer but less can have shared the personal friendship experiences that I enjoyed.
