Richard Black Obituary

Richard was born on May 17, 1948 and passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2019. Richard was a resident of Rhode Island at the time of passing. Richard had served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and had worked as a telecommunications technician for Synet, Inc. before retiring. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service followed by military honors on Friday at 10:30 a.m. in the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery Columbarium Chapel, 301 South County Trail, Exeter, RI. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Massachusetts Union for Siberian Huskies at www.mushdogs.org.
