Mr. Williams was born on September 28, 1945 and passed away on Friday, May 3, 2019. Mr. Williams was a resident of Towson, Maryland at the time of passing. To improve his skill as a teacher, he earned a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1983, and he proudly appended "MA" to "DMD" in his business correspondence. He served in the U.S. Army from 1971 to 1977, including tours on Okinawa, Japan and in Augsburg, West Germany, before earning an honorable discharge at the rank of Major. A memorial service will be held at Towson Presbyterian Church on May 18, 2019. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Towson Presbyterian Church or the Baltimore Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

I will always remember the first time I met Bob and Karen. We enjoyed a VERY competitive game of Sharks in the pool with the youth during a church picnic. Bob was a most interesting and accomplished fellow and a most supportive parent. Enjoyed every moment in his company.
