Not sure what to say?

When I think of Hillcrest, I have fond memories of Steve.

The Kirsch family has lost a bright shining star who made the family so proud. He was intelligent, compassionate, humble, caring, humorous and one of the most genuine human beings I (as a child) had the pleasure of sharing family reunions with. He leaves an outstanding legacy admired by all who knew him. Hugs and prayers to his lovely wife and family.

I join with my brother Mark Kirsch in of-fering heartfelt condolences to Kathy and the children & his brother & sisters & their families. Fr Gerard (Denys) Kirsch, O.S.B.

I just heard of Stephen's passing from a friend in Victoria, BC. My condolences to the family and friends of Stephen. I am a cousin of Stephen
living in Seattle and the brother of
Fr Gerard Kirsch at St. Martin's Abbey.

Steve was one of the nicest human beings I have ever known. He was good and kind to everyone, especially my sister Kathy and their children and Grandchildren. It was an honor and a privilege to know him. God bless you Sir, surely they have reserved a special corner of Heaven just for you.

I worked with and greatly admired Steve and am so saddened by this loss. Some of my favorite memories of Steve were the times spent on Zeta at Hillcrest in the early 80's. He taught me so much, especially how to remain calm in any crisis. My heart goes out to his family.

I was so sorry to hear of Steve's death. I had the previlige of knowing and working with him at Hillcrest.
He was a great friend and employee. His huge smile and positive attitude made him one of the best fellow employee's.
I have great memories of Steve.
My prayers are with his family.

Our condolences to the Kirsch family.
