Not sure what to say?

Brilliant memorable lectures on Shakespeare authorship question. His legal knowledge and wit enlightened all of us.

Tom and I had many discussions about Shakespeare and he had interesting insight into some of Shakespeare's work and its relevance today in both the real world and to the legal world. He was a gentleman and clearly a scholar. I am better for having had the chance to meet him.

I never met Tom in person, but we worked on several appeals together. He was one of the smartest persons I know, but he was nice about it. He really cared about helping the clients and had a passion for what he did. Many times when I had questions about a complex legal issue I knew I could call Tom, and he would take time from his busy day to give me an answer or guide me in the right direction. I also liked the presentations he gave about Shakespeare in Facebook. It allowed me to see the...

Tom! My prince, my friend, my love, my husband and so much more... my heart is being hurting slowly since the day I heard you were dying. Almost two months after you went next to God and Im still crying every night thinking about you and all the love that I still feel for you.

At my age of 22 you helped me to grow up and be a better person, you loved me like anybody else will do. I think we needed more time to keep following our dreams together but Im sure that this story its not...

I met Tom 25 years ago when he walked into a meeting of Libertarian Party members in Broward County, Fl.. From that start, he became very involved in Party functions including editing our monthly newsletter. I lost touch with him when I moved from Florida but met him several times at Libertarian national conventions in subsequent years. He was a solid lover of liberty and we will all miss him.

I would like Tom's family to know I am thinking of them at this sad time. Tom was a lawyer's lawyer, an appellate specialist, who argued many cases before the court on which I sit. He was a talented actor and had an encyclopedic knowledge of the plays of Shakespeare which he read and performed. He also felt passionately and loved to argue the Shakespeare authorship issue. Gentle Tom was both an intellect and a fount of goodwill. In losing this man, to quote a play he loved, we "have lost a...

I met Tom at the Shakespeare Oxford Fellowship annual meeting in Hartford in 2019. It was a delight to meet in person the organizer of the "Who Wrote Shakespeare" Video contest. I recall the frisson of excitement when I entered the competition and got an acknowledgment from Tom Regnier. Yes my video had successfully got through and I got an acknowledgement from the guy who knows all about law in Shakespeare's plays!
Over the five days at the SOF conference, every time I would bump...

It is saddening to hear about the news. I met Tom at the Broward County Bar Association Small Firm gatherings. It was always a pleasure to discuss appellate issues with him and I will always remember his enthusiasm; especially when discussing his CLE of Hamlet and the Law of Homicide. My deepest condolences to his colleagues, friends and family.

Tom was a wonderful person. He was authentic, sincere, caring, fair, respectful,I always felt he listened, always available to talk,....well...the list is long. I always felt he cared. Always! Wow! I have definitely felt
very sad, and tearful on many occasions. At the same time, I keep remembering how special of a person he was.....My heart goes out to his entire family and friends. Thank you Tom!!! I will miss you!
