Not sure what to say?

Vickie, you and your family are in my prayers. I really enjoyed working with Wayne last year. He was a wonderful man.

I was very saddened to hear of Wayne's passing. Wayne was one of the first guy's I met at SMU. We shared adjoining rooms in Peyton Hall and for a kid from Memphis, TN my first impression of Wayne was "Classic Texan". He wore a big belt buckle, wing tip boots and had a smile I'll never forget. He was one of the nicest, honest and most genuine guy's I knew. My thoughts and prayers go out to Wayne's family.

Rest in Peace Wayne

Thinking of you with prayers going up! Love you dear friend!

My prayers and thoughts are with you.
This is a difficult time and nothing makes it
easy. Just know that God takes our loved one
but he doesn't take away all the great memories.

Take Care

I had the pleasure to briefly coach Wayne at SMU and I am saddened to learn of his passing. My deepest sympathies to his family.

Vickie and Family,
Wayne will be missed by many and he touched many people and kids hearts. You and your family are in our prayers.

Vickie,
Praying that you and your family will feel the Love and Comfort of our Heavenly Father during this difficult time.
We have sweet memories of Wayne and all our families over Thanksgiving as we were raising our kids! Loved hearing his laughter and seeing his dedication to his family. Love you !

Praying for Vickie, Candace, & Michael & the rest of the family. Hope you feel the love of God as He wraps His arms around you to comfort & strengthen you & give you peace. Love y'all! ❤

Wayne was a great friend in my four years at SMU. He gave 100% on the playing field just as he did in every endeavor. My thoughts and prayers are with the Simpson family.
