I had the pleasure of working with Bill for 5 years with Thresholds at the JDC. He was always a gentlemen, in a good mood and a smile, with a good word for everyone. His manner with our young clients was a model for all of us in trying to help children get on a better path in life. I expect that many of our clients have good memories of spending time with him and that they are in a better place in their lives today because of him.
