Marla ROSENBERG Obituary
After a courageous battle with lung cancer, Dr. Marla Rosenberg has succumbed to her illness on Friday, June 19, 2015. Beloved daughter of Norman and Rita Rosenberg. Most caring mother of Jared, Sabrina, and Trevor Teitel. Best friend to her brothers Stephen and Darryl and their wives Barb and Jennifer. Spirited wife of Peter Seligman. Stepmother of Dani and Jeff, Corbin, and Avery. Loved by her nieces and nephews Hailey and Rob, Jake, Nicole, and Marissa. An indomitable spirit, Marla lived life to the fullest in every way and will be sorely missed by her multitude of family and friends. Services were held at Temple Emanu El on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Beth Tikvah Synagogue Section of Pardes Shalom Cemetery (Dufferin St.). Shiva 662 Sheppard Avenue East with visits from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Donations may be made to The Dr. Marla Rosenberg Lung Cancer Research Fund at Princess Margaret Hospital, 416-946-6560.

I worked with Marla at her first Practice. She became my family physician for over 20 years. Wonderful Doctor. Professional & compassionate. One of the best. When my son was born, he was having a difficult time feeding. She helped me so much, being a first time mom. Her support and compassion, & kindness I will always remember. Im so sad & heart broken too hear of her passing. She was a beautiful spirit with a big heart. I always enjoyed our conversations about her children & family. Her love for her children, were beyond words. She adored them. Love talking golf with her.
My heartfelt condolences to her family & friends. Such a terrible loss❤❤

I just spoke her name the other day with my Family Physician who Marla referred me too.
She is always a strength and light to reflect on.
