Mom,
One year since you have been gone and it still miss you more than ever. I miss your advice, our laughs, our cries, and everything in between. Dad is visiting you in the ocean of eagle beach today that you loved so much and I am going to your beloved Golden Nugget today to play like you loved to do. I am sure Bob, Joe, myself, Dad and all your friends might shed some extra tears today but I hope today everyone can look back and celebrate you today. The world is a different place without you, but we were all part of a select group of people that were blessed to take your epic journey through life with you. I want to remember those great times today. I love so much and I cant wait to see you again. Continue to watch over us all. Thanks for all you have given us.

Mom,
I know it's only been a couple months since you left us but I can't help but miss you so much. I miss our conversations, your amazing advice, and your unconditional love. Your passing breaks me heart everyday and I can't wait to see you again up in the stars. We will walk for you at Sunday's ALS walk and celebrate your birthday next week but without you there I know a huge part of me is missing. The girls miss you dearly and speak about you daily. You were the best grandma ever to them.
Your son,
Tommy

I am heartbroken at the news we have lost Mrs W (sorry Margret but you will always be Mrs W to me). She was kind, funny, warm, loving and a great mum, grandma and friend to so many.
I first met Mrs W in the summer of 2001 when i visited my friend Tom after University. I really loved spending time with both Mr & Mrs W at the house, and as Tom would go our working, doing chores, we would sit over a cup of tea chatting. In an evening it would always be cards and a drink and lots of laughs.
That summer Mr & Mrs W kindly hosted 7 British lads for a week as we attended a friends wedding. Never meeting 6 of the boys before, we were amazed at the friendly hospitality on our first night, and after one too many Tom Collins one of the boys ended up flooding the bathroom, then tried to walk back to the UK at 2am. We made amends the next day with a box of Godiva chocolates, and all the boys today still speak fondly of the hospitality that they showed.
Over the years I have loved spending time Mrs W whenever we meet up - usually in New Jersey, but also in the UK. I remember visiting her in Brighton once on a trip, and her telling me in no uncertain terms to stop messing around and get married!
When i did eventually settle down, it was lovely that both Mr & Mrs W flew over with Tom and I could take share the day with me and Joanna. They were the life and sole of the party and it meant so much to me that i could share it with them. Some of my happiest times growing up in my 20's were in their company.
I know that Mrs W will be missed by some many, and especially me. She was a lovely lady, and now at peice I am sure she is looking down on her much loved family and friends.
I am so sorry I cannot be there in person to show my respects.
I will always remember her quick wit, kindness, and the happy times we shared, lots of love Nick J xx

Margaret , your Iron Horse family has missed you and we will continue to remember your glow whenever you were here. Your valiant battle with ALS gave inspiration to us all about never giving up and live your life on ones own terms. Good Friday received a wonderful new angel.

I remember Margaret from my daughter, Christine's, 's, years at St. John's Academy. I still can feel her warm, open and welcoming personality. She always made me feel so comfortable as a new member of the school community. I will always remember her friendly smile whenever I saw her. May she rest in peace.
