I met Frank in the 60s at Camp Fatima. He was a camp counselor while attending St. Vincent's Seminary. We stayed in touch and had him over for dinner several times. He met my parents and attended my mother's viewing.
I visited him several times at his parish in Broughton. Frank was influential in my entering the seminary. I left St. Mary University and Seminary in 1970. Since then we had lunch several times when he was stationed at St. Mary's at the Point.
I will always remember Frank as a dear friend and man of God.

Jim Sikosky's Daughters are saddened by the news that Fr. Frank has left us. He will always be in our hearts and minds. He always came to all our family events and was blest he could come and also his sisters we met, Rose and Agnes - really good people. Will sadly be missed-Sandra, Linda and Patricia Famnilies.

I just met Fr. Siler this fall, where he was in the room next to my mother in a different nursing home. His name was familiar to me, so I went to say hello and introduce myself to him. He was very gracious to me and we spent an hour together solving the mystery of how my husband knew him. He gave me a blessing and we prayed together.
I felt blessed and WAS literally blessed by this fine priest in his final months.
My sympathy to his friend and family as he now rests in God's Eternal Arms.
