I was such a lucky little girl to spend my elementary school years living so close to grandparents. I have been overwhelmed this last week with amazing memories of my sweet grandpa. He had an impact on my life in so many ways. The world would be a much better place if more men were like my Grandpa Charlie!!! Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers for our family......

I worked at Link which allowed me to play in the same golf league as Charley. One thing about Charles he was fun to be around he always pulled his golf cart and one day I noticed the tires had tape on them he told me yep I measured the course that would be him. I truly enjoyed his written.

Didn't know Charlie, but based on his obituary he certainly was a great gentleman who lived a good life. In the scope of life, who could ask for anything more. Rest in peace Charlie and congrats on a life well lived.

Charley played in my Link golf league back in the 80's. His golf partner was Bob, but I forget his last name as he is gone also. Charley was a very good golfer. Lots of good times
