Joshua Michael Brewer

Joshua Michael Brewer of Metairie, LA passed away on Monday, January 23, 2017 at the tender age of 30. He is the beloved son of Elizabeth "Liz" Baudier (Brian); the brother of Fausto "Vic" Di Pietro (Haley); grandson of Elray and Debra Boudreaux, Mary Stuart, James M. Brewer, Jr. (Kathy) and the late Sandra Keir Brewer; nephew of Elray Boudreaux and Brent Boudreaux and cousin of Brandon and Dylan Boudreaux. Josh is preceded in death by his father, James M. Brewer, III and his brother, James M. Brewer, IV. He is also survived and will be missed by a host of other family and friends, especially Ross Heffner and Dawn Dubuc. Joshua attended John Curtis Christian School and had the most infectious smile that would light up a room. He touched and left an impact on everyone that he met. He had the biggest heart, and if you ever needed a hand, he would be there to help. Anytime you needed to know what was going on here in New Orleans, "Just Call Josh" - even when he wasn't in town, he still had the scoop! LOL You will be forever missed. Fly high with your angels. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA.
