WALKER, Bruce Ronald Mr. Bruce Ronald Walker, son of the late Elmer and Mae Walker (Burroughes) was born January 29, 1933 in Hamilton, Ontario. Bruce was one of four boys. His brother Earl (Lynn+) Walker, his brother Gary+ (Anne) Walker and his younger brother Wayne (Kathy) Walker. He was united in holy matrimony to Doreen Dawson February 9, 1954. They were blessed with two children. Bruce worked for the Board of Education for many years. After his retirement he found a love, and better yet, a talent, for wood carving. His life was as rich and full as the gardens he and Doreen tended, and received acclamations for, whilst living in Buckhorn. His influence will remain in the lives of all who knew him. He quietly departed this life Saturday, June 30, 2018 at his home in Dunnville, Ontario. His life will be cherished in the lives of his children: Ron (Yolanda) Walker and Cindy (Larry) Ryckman. As well as his Grandchildren: Darcy (Ryan) Hampel, Kelsey Walker, Zachariah (Cris) Zagol, Tory (Emily) Walker, Matthew Ryckman and Jessica Ryckman. Bruce and Doreen have also been blessed with three Great-Grandchildren. Jade and Abigail Aylward, and Finley Walker. Bruce also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
