STEEL, ''Bob'' Robert Ernest H. - (Veteran WWII RCAF) At John Joseph Place, Owen Sound on Saturday, November 29, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Jene Stucky. Loving friend and companion of Eileen Gray and her family for 19 years. Father of Anne and Janet. Also loved and remembered by grandchildren Paul, Jake, Emma and special grandfather to Liam, Taidgh and Cullen Mulroy. Bob was a music man, being a past member of the Georgian Sound Big Band, and occasional player with Stardust Big Band and a humanitarian. The family will receive friends at the Fawcett Funeral Home, Flesherton on Tuesday, December 9 from 7-9 p.m. Service will be held at the Christ Church Anglican, Markdale on Wednesday, December 10 at 1:00 p.m. Comrades of the Royal Canadian Legion are asked to assemble for service Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. followed by all brethren and visiting brethren of Prince Arthur Masonic Lodge for service at 6:45 p.m. Memorial contributions to the memorial funds of the Royal Canadian Legion or Prince Arthur Lodge would be gratefully appreciated.
