Amanda had an amazing way of touching everyone around her. I met her when I was a school psychologist at the elementary school. My surname was Johnson at that time. What struck me most about her was the way she beamed joy and inspiration. She radiated a uniquely creative energy. Very few people, big or little, are able to convey pure optimism and hope the way Amanda did. Her angelic presence was a gift to all of us. I sincerely wish her family strength to endure this tremendous loss.
