Dear Pat and Terry - I am so very sadden to hear of Pop Gabriel passing. I have so many fond memories of him from my teenage years. In many ways, he was "Pop" to so many young teens, as we passed through the gates of Saint Ann's, he was so kind hearted - and his smile would light the room up!And he could always make me laugh - You all are in my thoughts and prayers..

Gabe - I'm so sorry to see that your dad passed. He was a real nice guy and I'm sure he meant the world to you and your family. I have two memories of him, one in your back yard when we graduated, guarding the beer keg, and that time at Polito's after the alumni softball game a few years ago. He was cool.

I'm so sorry to hear about Uncle Pat. He can now join his brothers and sisters at the table and play Tressette. Sympathy and love to you all. I remember one of my birthdays when we lived up on Central Avenue and Uncle Pat was there and he asked me if it was my birthday. I said yes, and he handed me a dollar bill. I was thrilled and never forgot that.

Nancy and family Pat was the dearest friend to my sister Joni when they both worked at St. Annes in Albany, she adored him and he did her. He was quite the gentleman and you were fortunate to have him as a dad. Your loss is heavens gain and im sure he will be remembered by many as one of the true gentlemen of his day.
