Allen was born in Ventura, CA. He was the youngest son of four boys born to Walter and Betty Williams. He loved fishing, skipping school, hunting small game and eventually riding motorcycles as his parents and siblings did. After losing both parents as an adolescent, he was raised by his brothers....
