A second Santa Clara County man who attended a rave at the Cow Palace has died, officials said Monday.Trung Nguyen, 25, of San Jose died Sunday afternoon in intensive care at Washington Hospital in Fremont, eight days after becoming ill at POP 2010: The Dream festival.
