James T. "Snooks" McFall

Jacksonville - Funeral service for Mr. James T. "Snooks" McFall, 81, will be Saturday, September 24, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Asberry Baptist Church with the Revs. William Cain and Jimmy Ford officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the church this evening from 6-8 p.m. and he will lie in state one hour prior to service. Mr. McFall died Wednesday, September 21, 2011, in Jacksonville. He is survived by his two daughters, Dianne Fuller and her husband, Robert, of Jacksonville and Pamela McFall, of Pensacola, Fla.; his son, Randall McFall and his wife, Gay Nell, of Jacksonville; nine sisters, Mary Wilson, Polly Goodwin, Dot Bobo, Martha Dobson, Juanita Grace, Carol Green, Kathy Geier, Libby Steed and Debby Bishop; four brothers, Bobby McFall, Leon McFall, Steve McFall and Sidney McFall; five grandchildren, Sherry Maxwell, Joshua Fuller, Jeffrey Fuller, Blake McFall and Alex O'Gwynn; three great-grandchildren, Graham Fuller, Stella Fuller and Easton Maxwell; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Bobby McFall, Leon McFall, Steve McFall, Sidney McFall, Jeffrey Fuller, Blake McFall and Alex O'Gwynn. Mr. McFall was a member of Asberry Baptist Church. He was a farmer for many years and owned and operated McFall Grocery in the Roy Webb community for over 23 years. He loved people and loved to share his faith with them. Mr. McFall was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather who had a host of friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
